Our good friend Michelle (Tasmania corespondent) had a great idea of making a Twi-Trip. It would basically be a diverse group of fans from around the world taking a trip to Arizona to meet Stephenie Meyer. Michelle has already talked to Stephenie's publicist and a lot of other Twilight sites. The project is still in its early stages but you should check Michelle's blog for updates. We've added the blog to our list of links in case you want to check it out after this post gets moved down.
I added a new poll about The Host (comes out on tuesday!) and I made a banner. Do you like it? Comment s'il vous plait. ~nyera

WE ARE NOT LAId BACK FANS!!! so... i think your banner is either sarcastic or a big fat lie :)
love always,
a devoted fan
(for life)
omg chill out! by laid back i mean we're not uptight like all the other podcasts and fansites. we're pretty chill about everything but that doesnt mean we're not hardcore because we definately are. youre not the only devoted fan you know. why would i promote my own site and podcast in a sarcastic way? some people just need a relaxed enviornment when it comes to twilight. i myself am sick of all the sites with control freak webmasters and podcasts that drill you with nothing but analysis that eventually become super dull.
hey, just letting you know, we haven't spoken to Stephenie's publicist yet, we are going to when we have more details and numbers and it's taken off a little bit
that trip sounds really awesome i think it's a great idea.
wow michelle u r gr8
im anoshka the aussie corrsp
i feel sooo bad now cos as being the aussie corresp i have done nothing at all
i mean i feel sooo bad now
OMG
hey nyera how did u go with the audio
did it work out or not?
im curoius
ha ha, thanks for telling me that I'm awesome everyone! I feel so warm and fuzzy :) But there is still a long way to go to even get it up and going and it won't be till then that we contact Stephenie's Publicist. It might be a couple of years till we get there but if we stick at it we will get there. Also, Nyera, I have no idea what you we're going on about, I have ten times as many emails now about the Twi Trip then I did a week ago! You're a god sent. Also, are you gonna get those host scans up?
wow, love the great idea about the trip ^^ I might even be able to go if it's around next term or something since I've been saving up to go abroad anyways XD
Hmmmm, well i liked the other banner better than the one thats up atm, the whole cartoon looking theme doesnt really go down too well. I liked the whole mystic thing that was going on before. Maybe something a bit more "sleek"?
i'm not sure how that got there (the one with green writing) =( grr thats what happens when you give people the passowrd
o ok thanks for clearing that up nyera.. sorry about the hissy fit hehe
so i know that this has nothing to do with this topic.. but i have a poll idea.. how many people actually like the twilight lexicon. I for one dont. It is verry official and seems like they arent fans because of how official it is. geese it minus well be stephenies website so it can have a hug official adult stamp on it.
OK, so iv been stalking the website for the last, maybe 18 hours, and the banner has changed about 4 times now, and all I have to say is, NYERA!! GO TO BED!!! thank-you for your time. Payal.
lol well i did go to sleep but kyle dearest decided to change the layout. i'm not really sure how to get the dotted line dividers back
=( and no i hate the lexicon, i just check there for news. i think the purple layout gives me headaches
I like the current banner at least ^^
simple but nice font.
gotta agree that the Lexicon is kinda annoying, feels like they keep bragging about how they're supported by Stephenie Meyer yet that is almost all they have to come with, the site it self gives a very amateurish look, and indeed what is up with all the purple, and I am honestly of the opinion that the only reason that they have such an high visitor count is because they are officially being supported by Meyer herself...
