My Writer's Crafter teacher last semester let us play it in class sometimes. I think I've got about 30,000 grains or something now. I stopped counting when I switched browsers but I know that I had 25,000 before then.
this is irrelevant.
its my blog. i can do whatever i want. go to the lexicon if you want everything uptight and relevant.
and it happened to be a charity if you didnt notice. why are you against a good cause?
this charity is a really good idea.
i happen to think it is a gimic. i do not think they donate 3 grains of rice or whatever the hell it is.
i don't go a blog about twilight to read about rice donating.
gimic? its run by the united nations. everytime the page refreshes, a company that sponsors the program runs an ad across the bottom. the money made is what buys the rice.
i happened to think it was thoughtful. charity work happens to be important to me. you'll find that most twilight sites support charities also. twilight moms have a different charity each month and a twilight LJ is organizing a teddy bear drive for sick children. have some respect and compassion. be thankful for what you have. i do my best to try and make a difference.

Deep. Nice. And what's the matter with it if it's a gimic anyway? The worst thing that could happen is you could pass a spelling test by wasting all of your time studying, am I not right? Gosh. Get a life.

ok so in like 15 min. i got 2000 grains.. and my vocab level was 18... and i am in the 8 grade.... soo i hope thats good...
it is a really good cause though... i wouldnt match the two up though... ending world hunger and building vocab...
once again, i must resort to stating the obvious. this is a comments board. people leave comments here about the post, usually there opinion on the matter. i find it completely low to attack anyone who posts anything other than a compliment with a berate of posts.

and the "attacking" was also just a comment... I find it low that you attack someones comment just because they were commenting someone else's comment, and commenting is what this comment page is for, so keep up the commenting people. I'm sort of done commenting now, but I'll write some more just for the sake of commenting. Btw, I do now that I'm totally contradicting myself in my commenting since I'm commenting about how you were commenting about how someone was commenting about someone else's commenting, and basically my commenting is the same as your commenting except for that I use the word commenting a crazy amount of time, just for the sake of commenting...
oh and I used the words commenting, and comment, 18 times! w00t for me
haha, for the sake of more commenting, i am going to play devil's addvocate and agree with anonymous angry person.
our school told us about it. it's fun and you get to help the needy. Awesome!

i disagree with jess completely. only leave a good comment if the topic or post is honestly good. if it is not and you want to say something about it, you shouldn't have to stifle your opinion just because certain people are afraid of criticism.
well em, i'm not afraid of criticism. if i was afraid of criticism then i would have quit a long time ago. all points of view are encouraged. you've noticed how all the comments are still here. if i was afraid of critism then i would have deleted them so don't give me that bs.
it just upsets me that when i try to do something for a good cause, people can be cruel enough to bash it. its not like i'm doing something for my personal gain.

yeah, lets have a round of applauds for Nyera, for doing a good thing for charity... so shut up all you hypocrites who whine about Nyera replying some anonymous person (oh and really if you're gonna insult something on this site, just have the freaking guts to post your name, home address, social security number, and phone number could help... actually my point was just don't hide between the anonymous.)
