Kellan Lutz has been cast. No word on who he will play but I'm wagering he'll portray Emmett. If I'm right, that means Jasper hasn't been cast yet. I'm sure Gaspard could take a few weeks off from his french films to play Jasper...

I don't want to complain but I hate Facinelli as Carlisle. He looks alllll wrong. Alice and Victoria look great. OMG I love Esme (Ava from Grey's!) but I happen to think Kristen Stewart is prettier than Nikki Reed...how's that supposed to work out? Whan ever happened to Emmett and Jasper? WHAT ABOUT JACOB!?!?!?!?!

I really like who they cast for Jessica. That is exactly what I imagined her to look like. I think actor for Mike is a bit too good looking for the part, but anyway... Even though it was announced weeks ago I'm still upset Gaspard is not Edward :(

im confused. why is nikki reed playing ROSALIE? okay shes like mexacana. i mean dont get me wrong, i love nikki reed (she was on the OC for a few episodes!)
oh wait. i know why nikki reed's in it. its because shes pretty much the directors best friend. she was in thirteen and lords of dogtown which we both directed by Catherine Hardwicke and i know theyre really close so NEVERMIND.

the cast are really good. the one casted as Alice is really pretty, but i don't see Alica like that. Alice in my head is pretty but an innocent pretty, like almost like a little kid, but would look like an adult when she gets her vision.

I love Jackson Rathbone for Jasper. He was on the show beautiful people for a while. I never actually saw the show, but I think he looks like he could be a really good Jasper. Thanks Mental for telling us about him!
