Movie & The Host & Stuff

There is a special four part interview with Stephenie Meyer on Borders.com! Mild spoilers.

EDIT: Ok, I just watched the interview and it was awesome. Anyway, Stephenie said that Breaking Dawn was the end of Bella and Edward's story but she also said that it's too sad to stop at Breaking Dawn. There is a possibilty for more sequels with other characters. I think that's very cool but I just can't get over the fact that this is the last Edward book! Besides Midnight Sun, I guess. I'm pumped for The Host now. Man do I love sci-fi.

EDIT2: Borders has Breaking Dawn listed as 704 pages. That's 75 pages more than Eclipse. I found another interview with Stephenie on BN.com

EDIT3: I just found this article. It's not interesting but the picture they use is of Bella and all the Cullens. It looks amazing! Haha, Bella and the Cullens sounds like vamp rock :) Actually, this picture might be photoshopped becuase all the Cullens are in the same position as another picture. The might have just added Bella in. Weird.

This is what happens when I forget to check the news for one day.

- The Host has been released in the following countries since April 2nd: UK, Ireland, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, Hong Kong. So go buy it if you haven't already! This is because the UK publishing company, which sells books to international English speaking countries decided to put out the book one month before the US. Lucky.

- Stephenie updates her MS blog (Check here for what she said, I don't have the direct link)

- The Lexicon talked to Summit about international movie releases and Twilight is slated to come out early 2009. December 12 2008 is still the US release date but that may change.

- Kellan interview, Taylor video (so cute!), ETalk interviewed numerous Twilight actors.

-Stephenie updated her MS again this morning. I don't have permission to repost this so I'm linking to the Lexicon instead. Taylor updates his too.

EDIT: The Movie Fanatic is doing a really cool Twilight "spread" (as they would call it if it was a magazine). It comes in four parts and part one is posted now. It's a nice recap of SM quotes and thing to come for the movie. Besides that, the website is really awesome if you are a movie fanatic like me.

MIDNIGHT RELEASE!

Borders has announced that they will be hosting Breaking Dawn midnight release parties in most of their stores this summer! YES! VICTORY! THE FANS WIN! We'll definately be planning on going, I just hope they have a party at the same Borders we met Ben and Emerson haha! I don't know much about how business works, but I'm guessing Barne's & Noble will have midnight release parties as well because it's a very good oportunity to make money and because they want to have the same competitive edge Borders now has among Twilight fans. So excited!

The Lion and the Lamb live Journal Community have posted the slogan for BD. It's legit! There was also a picture of the cover art, but that's not real. The real cover art comes out with the Eclipse special edition.

I like it except WTF? I THOUGHT WE ESTABLISHED IT WAS NOT THE LAST FREAKIN BOOK! I was right the first time. OWNED. Anyway, this really is real so I'm assuming the final book thing is not a silly mistake. From what I've heard, this is the last book from Bella's POV, but won't the other books from whoever's POV still considerred part of the Twilight Saga? I'm going crazy. Billy Burke

Billy Burke (Charlie) has a new interview out. He's a pretty hard core guy and hard core, as you all know, comes with explicit language. I'm sure you'll be able to handle it.

So this afternoon, I went to the B&N that's 10 minutes away from my house and asked if there was going to be a Breaking Dawn midnight release. The woman was close to killing me. She rolls her eyes and goes "we really don't know yet". Ok fine. They did have a little poster next to the customer service desk that said "pre-order your copy today!". I'll stop by the other larger somewhat local B&N on my way back from school on Tuesday and I'll give the news then.

Happy April Fools' Day!

I was going to play a mean trick on you guys and tell you that we're closing the site and ending the podcast. I decided not to because 1) I'm a hufflepuff and 2) I would really bother me knowing that most of you wouldn't care. Hee (jk I know you love me)

Ok so some more info about Bite Me #4.5, it'll be one of those bonus shows that we can put out every once in a while just for fun. I'm kinda sick of strictly everything Twilight, so we talk about random stuff and life in general. It's pretty funny and very messy. Enjoy it anyway.
