Shameless Plug!

I like freewebs because I can make multiple pages. I'm thinking of upgrading this site to a freewebs site so we can expand and have different pages for the books, movies etc. But that requires much maintanence that I can't doo all myself. For now it seems like the Bite Me blog is thriving with blogger and I think it'll stay that way. Freewebs is nice for my crap. Which you should visit. Sign the guestbook and you win 10 Nyera points. PARTY!!
Happy birthday JANELLA!!!! Our beloved host FINALLY turns 15 today! This girl is amazing. You've seen nothing from the 4 episodes she's been on. Basically she's made of awesome, diet lipton green tea and healthy doses of fierce/awkwardly funny humor/quirk/brilliance. Plus she's an excellent relationship counselor. Did I mention her knack of digging up the best stuff online? And best of all she like Twilight/HP. No wait, the best part about Janella is her ability to deal with my crap. ie: my bipolar moods and infatuations with random men :)

International Release Petition & NEW EMAIL
Our friend Payal emailed us about this petition and instead of trying to explain her idea, I'm going to directly quote her. Yes because I'm lazy but she said it best anyway.
"I thought I might tell you guys about the petition that I have started to try and get Twilight to be released simultaneously worldwide so that people that dont live in the USA dont have to miss out on all the fun on December 12th. As well as making a petition, I am sending forks (yes you read correctly, forks the eating utensils) to Summit Entertainment, there will be one fork for each person that signs the petitions, and when I'm sending them in there will be the names of all the people that support the petition attached to each fork."
I think it's a good idea. Here's the forum if you'd like to get involved.
My book should be coming in the mall soon *so excited* and I'm working on getting us a new address so that answering emails won't drive me insane. --Nyera

First Fanbook! A New Dawn
And you guys thought your world would end when Breaking Dawn comes out. Borders and Teen Libris have collaborated to bring the fans the first Twilight fan book! One of the editors, Leah, emailed us and offered us an early copy to review! She sent it to me in the mail today so I'll start it the second it comes. Here's the book's site for now. It really seems like an awesome read (here's an excerpt) Release date is scheduled for June 2008.
PS. Next episode we'll be discussing Chapter One of BD, and the trailer. I know you've all read/watched it a million times but we'll try to dissect it for you. Comment with your thoughts about A New Dawn.

Apparently MTV has run out of exclusive footage and interviews, so they're acting like Stephenie's publishers now. Anyway, here's the Twilight Tuesday thing containing a short video about Stephenie and an interview with an unknown and probably unimportant man. Yes, I'm feeling sardonic today if you were wondering. Also, tour dates for BD were annonced in LA, NYC, Chicago and Seattle.
